Let's Circle Black

A space built for and by Black professionals, leaders, and communities to share experiences, advance insight, and drive collective change.

Let's Circle Black

More Than a Network.
A Movement.

Let's Circle Black is a community-driven initiative dedicated to amplifying the voices, experiences, and power of Black professionals and communities. We believe that data without lived experience is incomplete, and that the most powerful change happens when people who have been most impacted are at the center of the conversation.

Founded on the principle that Black excellence is not exceptional, it's the standard, we create space for honest dialogue, shared research, and strategic action that advances equity across industries and institutions.

Through initiatives like the Black Experience Index, we transform collective experience into actionable insight that organizations, leaders, and communities can use to build workplaces and ecosystems where Black people don't just survive, but thrive.

The Black Experience
Index

The Black Experience Index is a living, community-sourced dataset documenting the real experiences of Black professionals and community members across industries, workplaces, and institutions.

What It Is

The Black Experience Index is more than a survey. It's a collective act of documentation, a record of what it means to be Black in professional spaces, built by the people living it.

Every response contributes to a growing body of data that reveals patterns, surfaces disparities, and gives organizations and advocates the evidence they need to build better.

  • Community-contributed experiences across industries and roles
  • Aggregated insights on workplace culture, advancement, and belonging
  • A growing, publicly accessible index of Black professional experiences
  • Data used to inform partnership conversations and strategic recommendations
